Made fresh every morning using a special blend of spring and summer wheat flour, water yeast, sugar and salt.

Pizza Sauce
Real California sunshine vine ripened plum tomatoes from the fields of Stanislaus County in Modesto, California with a blend of 5 herbs and spices.

Marinara Sauce
Same tomato as our pizza sauce with extra virgin olive oil, a blend of 7 herbs and spices which we slow cook for 4 hour stirring every 5 to 7 minutes for the perfect taste!

Focaccia Bread
Focaccia is not pizza, it is a cross between pizza bread and traditional bread. It comes from the Latin "Focacia" meaning hearth or fireside. It was a part of Italians everyday life though out the centuries.
We hand-form and bake our own olive oil and Focaccia bread on a daily basis, combining a special dough blend, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, which we use to make our Panini sandwiches.
Our family has over 100 years combined of food and restaurant experience and use no preservatives or flavor enhancers in our time honored recipes to assure the highest quality product available for you and your family to enjoy!
